By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by London Prestige Chauffeur Ltd. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us.
- Quote requests submitted via our website are not confirmed bookings until acknowledged by our team
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
- It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate journey details including pickup address, destination, date, time, and passenger numbers
- Any errors in booking information that result in delays or additional costs are the responsibility of the client
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We operate a transparent, no-hidden-costs pricing policy.
- Quoted prices are based on the journey details provided at the time of booking
- Additional charges may apply for significant route changes, excessive waiting time, or out-of-hours requests not agreed at the time of booking
- Congestion charges, parking fees, and toll charges may be added where applicable
- Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of booking
- Corporate accounts are available for regular clients — please contact us for details
4. Cancellations & Amendments
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the journey cost
- No-shows (where the client cannot be located at the pickup point within a reasonable waiting time) will be charged the full journey cost
- Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and must be made as early as possible
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. severe weather, vehicle breakdown). In such cases a full refund will be issued and we will endeavour to arrange an alternative vehicle
5. Waiting Time
Our drivers will wait at the agreed pickup location for a reasonable period. For airport pickups, we monitor flights and adjust accordingly at no extra charge.
- A complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes from the actual landing time is included for all airport pickups
- For all other pickups, a complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes is included
- Waiting time beyond the complimentary period may be charged at an agreed hourly rate
6. Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner throughout their journey. London Prestige Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey without refund where a passenger's conduct is deemed:
- Abusive, threatening, or aggressive towards the driver
- Likely to cause damage to the vehicle
- In breach of any applicable laws
The client will be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers in their party. A cleaning or repair charge will be applied where necessary.
7. Luggage
Luggage allowances vary by vehicle. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the volume of luggage is appropriate for the booked vehicle. We accept no liability for loss or damage to luggage unless caused by our direct negligence.
8. Liability
London Prestige Chauffeur Ltd carries full public liability insurance and all vehicles are comprehensively insured. However:
- We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, road closures, severe weather, or other force majeure events
- We shall not be liable for any missed flights, trains, or other connections resulting from such delays
- Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total fare paid for that journey
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Flight Monitoring
For airport transfer bookings, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. We request that clients provide their flight number at the time of booking to enable this service.

11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
