By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by London Prestige Chauffeur Ltd. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We operate a transparent, no-hidden-costs pricing policy.

Our drivers will wait at the agreed pickup location for a reasonable period. For airport pickups, we monitor flights and adjust accordingly at no extra charge.

6. Passenger Conduct

All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner throughout their journey. London Prestige Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey without refund where a passenger's conduct is deemed:

The client will be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers in their party. A cleaning or repair charge will be applied where necessary.

7. Luggage

Luggage allowances vary by vehicle. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the volume of luggage is appropriate for the booked vehicle. We accept no liability for loss or damage to luggage unless caused by our direct negligence.

8. Liability

London Prestige Chauffeur Ltd carries full public liability insurance and all vehicles are comprehensively insured. However:

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Flight Monitoring

For airport transfer bookings, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. We request that clients provide their flight number at the time of booking to enable this service.

10. Complaints

We strive to provide an exceptional service on every journey. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible:

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 working days.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
